well you can vote a few questions
And not ask= -5 points
But you get 3 back if you vote for best answer:that can be done after 4 hours after posting the question.In time you reach level 2,3 ,4 and5.Then its hard to move an inch:i still need 7000 points to get to the next level,but easy does it.

I am, all you got to do is click on the question and it will say answer question and you got to click on it and that is how you do it.
