There is no way to get rid of them. They will fade with time. However some creams like cocoa butter can help them blend more and fade faster.. If they are fairly new " red or purple " the dermatologist can prescribe you a product called retin A....

You can use bleaching cream (find it at a drug store). But I like to use cocoa butter. It seems to work for me. Plus, it smells like chocolate. What could be better? :)

u cant really get rid of them but cocoa butter and sometimes neosporen will make them less noticiable
