No. Is he courageous enough to make tough decisions because he believes they are correct in the face of massive scrutiny? Yes. Have all of his decisions (the big ones, like the war in Iraq) worked out? Remains to be seen. Who is to say that if we hadn't invaded Iraq when we did what that mad man would be doing right now (don't tell me you want to defend Hussein now?)?
Here's a quick question that should guide you to your own answer: how many times have we been attacked on our own soil since 9/11? what? I can't hear you. Oh, that's right - ZERO. Do you think that's because the terrorists just changed their minds and decided that they like us now? Or, could it be because the Bushman has had the courage to do what it takes to stop them? Answer that and you'll be able to answer your own question.

If you want a political discussion why don't you try asking a question that involves something worthwhile instead of trying to make a cheap personal attack? He's obviously not the moron. He is the President of the USA right now. You're sitting at home on yahoo answers. He may not be the best President we have ever had but he did win two terms in the White House.

About the same level as the questioner.
If you think a moron can run the USA then why are we wasting so much time and money in campaigns and political parties?
It's this kind of involvement that will eventually kill this Yahoo Answers program.

I neither agree nor disagree with you. Yes, the President has said some silly things, but we can not blame him for everything. For example, we blame the President because we are in a trade deficit. Last time I checked, CONGRESS has to approve treaties. Congress should be sharing equal blame, but the media is attempting to trick its viewers into disliking the President, as the media is too liberal. The President can not be blamed solely for anything, because Congress is also a major player in decision making.

I agree 100 % and he is a fallen President , you can't go in and steal 2 election with only a 91 IQ and expect to be President of United Sates of America. He just AIN'T got it, you have to have lot of knowledge he has none. He mind is not developed beyond a child with 91 IQ. He I guess tried with what he had to try with but that is so low that he isn't suppose to make judgment to go to war and break the 2nd Constitution and after everyone advised him he was wrong. He through a childish tantrum that he was going to do just what he wanted and didn't need to ask the Congress or the Senate to vote on his foolish mistakes. When the voters said no, no, little boy you are not doing right. They voted the Democrat Party to stop him from getting a blank check on all the toys he wanted to buy without consent. They went in and got money Bush & Cheney without asking Congress or the Senate , all this missing money can't be found , what did they do with it, there is a audit right now trying to find the missing money. When thy find it their going to be hell to pay. This money belongs to the taxpayer not Al Capone and Chimpy.

george bush is a complete moron
moronic 110%.
thank the lord this is his last term.
President Bush's approval rating has slumped to 31% in a new USA TODAY/Gallup Poll, the lowest of his presidency and a warning sign for Republicans in the November elections.
The survey of 1,013 adults, taken Friday through Sunday, shows Bush's standing down by 3 percentage points in a single week. His disapproval rating also reached a record: 65%. The margin of error is +/- 3 percentage points.
"It is a challenging political environment," acknowledges Tracey Schmitt, a spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee, "but we are confident that ultimately voters in November will recognize that a Democrat Congress would simply not be equipped to ensure either economic or national security for our nation."
Bush's fall is being fueled by erosion among support from conservatives and Republicans. In the poll, 52% of conservatives and 68% of Republicans approved of the job he is doing. Both are record lows among those groups.
booooo bushy boy!
let us not beat around the bush, let us beat it!

Wow, this is an original question loaded with deep political insights and keen observations. I highly doubt that anyone, no matter how well connected could ever make it as high in office as president and be a moron, so my answer is no. However, it would say much more about you as an intellect to criticize specific actions and give alternatives, then it does to imitate a third grader as you are on this thread.
