has anyone ever heard of the quote, "beauty is found on the inside not the outside." ok, now how many of you accually live by those rules. and dont lie! what is more important......outer or inner beauty?

Both. I think my wife is a good-looking lady, and I wouldn't have married her if I didn't think she was "beautiful on the inside". But I won't lie. When I met her at school, it clearly was because she looked good. First day of class and the teacher wanted to pair people up, and I jumped at the chance to move across the room to sit next to her. Can't say it was because of her "inner beauty". But I think in the end, that inner beauty IS more important, and why I know our marriage will last until the end.

Outer beauty is more important. Anyone who says inner is lying lol. When you first see a person you see their face, not their personality. And if you see a really ugly man you're not going to be like "well let me go see if he has a nice personality". Only ugly people say inner beauty is more important. I don't even think I'm beautiful and I say outside is more important. nobody wants to wake up next to something ugly every day. Obviously there is some kind of attraction.

everyone says inner because its what the person is like. but when it comes to relationships, we all notice the outer beauty first. so they are both important. inner beauty is kinda your personality. and that makes you unique. and well no one wants to get out of the house unless they are dressed and hair is not tangled.

Inner,without a doubt,a lot of ppl could tell you that about me,I have never ever dated someone for their looks. I've turned down some really nice looking men because I didnt like who they were on the inside. Looks will always fade,but its the inside that you have to be able to live with,everyday.

I have a really good friend who is trying very hard to live by this philosophy right now. She is a beautiful girl but she is starting to loose her hair and had spent a lot of time worrying about how she is going to be perceived.
