When I was traveling through Tijuana in 2011, I didn't see any asian clubs in Zona Norte, Zona Centro, Zona Rio or the other colonias that I go through like Buenos Aires Sur, Matamoros, El Dorado, El Florido, Refugio de la Loma even though there is a Hong Kong Club.. I have included a previous answer below with the Japan Society of Tijuana and San Diego; they might answer your question or give you some references.

there was this strip club in Alhambra, but it got torn down because my church bought it and built a church in place of it. =) Happy Hunting!
