YES,she would cut to the chase and this matter would have been resolved in about 5 minutes .ANNA would be buried,the baby would be with her daddy LARRY and HOWARD STERN would be arrested for fraud tampering with evidence,falsifying documents trafficking in illegal drugs and possibly manslaughter or murder charges in both DANIELS and ANNAS deaths.and also endangering the baby while her mom was pregnant with her by sitting by knowing she was doing drugs while pregnant in all likelyhood purchasing these drugs for her so he could control her and keep her from getting the help she needed and keeping her family away very evil selfish man.

Yes. Talk about a legal quagmire. Anna Nicole Smith's whole life was tied up in litigation.
Dear Judge Judy:
1) Does ANS inherit anything from J. Howard Marshall's estate? 2) Who would legally be the decisionmaker regarding burial of Anna Nicole? 3) Who is the biological father of Dannielynn? 4) Who should get custody of Dannielynn? 5) Was Anna Nicole the legal owner of Horizons and thereby a true resident of The Bahamas? 6) Should Howard K. Stern be disqualified as the executor of Anna's will?
The questions are seemingly endless.

Actually I think the topic of Anna Nicole Smith would be new for Judge Judy. Judy is always the witty humorous type, brought together with something as serious as death would be very hard to make up something funny during the case

that would be great..judge judy is fair and too the point..poor anna nicole cannot be laid to rest yet because all of these people are arguing over her leave the poor woman be..and judge judy would have this case resolved in a second

She would sure put an end to all the drama and media circus surrounding the case...BUT, even Judge Judy can't change the laws in the Bahamas.....she could sure knock Howard Stern off his high and lying horse though...

Judge Judy would be perfect. She would cut thru all the crap and have these cases settled by now. Anna would be buried and Dannielynn's real father would have custody of her. Also Anna's Mom would be told to go home.

I think she would get it sorted out in five minutes instead of the long drama it has become. I really don't think Howard K Stern could possibly be the father. Why else delay the paternity test? Wouldn't it be an interesting twist if the one rumor about it being her deceased husbands baby were true?
It's sad really. I feel sorry for that little girl. It is really hard to tell who has her best interest at heart right now.

I have written Judge Judy about her ethnic appeal of being a Judge. She is definitely not a Judge but an entertainer! If truly believe if a Judge were that rude and contempt, they would be disbarred!
Still, I would like to see how she would handle the case.

Judge Judy is rude and disrespectful...
I may sound cold hearted when I say this...but it is my opinion.....
I think that this whole Anna Nicole Smith fiasco is RETARDED!!!!! Nobody cared about her when she was alive, so why should the world all of a sudden care about her when she is dead!!! She was use-less to the world!!! She was all fake and all plastic surgery!!!!! Her mom is also very stupid!! I think everybody should just let go of this stupid problem!
