If i were you, i would def. get to know her. even if it takes m onths. Because there is nothing worse than asking someone out and getting shut down. I mean go for it when you are SURE it would be a possibility. hey there!! im a girl..and for me..if a guy liked me..i would just want them to ask me out..its better than never having the chance with each other!! wear something that you feel confident in..put on a smile and be confident and ask her out..if you dont want to verbalize (in other words; talk) maybe you can write her a note and give it to her and just ask her to write back ASAP..anyway good luck!!

well, since i am a girl, you should get to know her really well, then if a party etc. comes up invite her! If she says she can't make it she just might have plans! but if she suggests the movies etc. she likes you. but if she says to bad sorry, but she may not like you!! this doesn't always work so try again!!!!!!!!
