Mama's Family?

In the first couple of episodes that Vinton's children and Thelma's sister is living with them, it is assumed that there is 4 bedrooms upstairs, because Fran, Thelma, Sonja and "Buzz" all sleep upstairs while Vinton lives in the basement. But when Sonja and "Buzz" move out for parts unknown and Thelma's other grandson, Bubba moves in.

My question is what happened to the other two (2) bedrooms?
