Stare at the floor
sit on the ground
cut yourself
make no sound

Do it fast
so that you don't feel
the real sweet pain
of the thing called kill

Cut it now
do it quick
hurry up
you make me sick

There you go
see it drain
watch the blood
feel the pain.

Rhyming, ground and sound, quick and sick, and drain and pain. And I guess repetition, repeating words or phrases, pain.
