That is a result of incorrect drivers. If you have an HP Laserjet 6600 and u install drivers for a 3500 it may do that. Or if you installed LaserJet 6600 PS(postscript) and your printer only supports PCL this will happen. Remove the printer driver you installed and install the correct one.

Ok i had the same issue..a LOT. First take out all the paper except for the one its printing. then let it print the symbols and take that paper again and stick it back in. Then at the bar at the bottom along with start, and the clock look to its right corner. (this doesnt work on macs) then by it will be little icons. a little picture of a printer should be there. Double click on it and when it lists the tasks the printer has press delete on all of them. Then keep feeding the printer the same paper with the symbols on it until the computer stops the printer. Hope that helps!!

The print driver is wrong. Download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.
To stop the crazy printing:
START> Control Panel> Printers and Faxes. Double-click the printer. Click the Printer menu and choose Cancel All Documents.
It's the driver!

Hi. Usually that happens if you try to print a non-text message, like a .exe file. Turn the printer off, click "Start> Printers and FAXes>" Find the printer and double click. Select the document then "Delete". Wait a minute and then turn on the printer again.

you are probably using two or more different printer driver or program on the same port.
just be sure you are using the right printer. if in any case, uninstall printer (in printer's folder) and reinstall it.
