What are the best foods to eat when you're on a diet and you want something to snack on or fill you up or whole meals. Don't just say fruits and vegetables please....I would like a list of actual names of food so I can make a grocery list for this weekend's grocery trip. Thanks!

popcorn for a snack is one of the best. Walmart sells powder for them in cheddar flavors, butter flavor etc and they are no-fat. For meals, anything low carb... I know that's not what you want to hear, but carbohydrates will compromise your diet BIG TIME! It has also been shown that over 12 weeks, someone who eats 1.5 grapefruits a day loses 3.6 lbs more than the control group who had no grapefruit.

I love baby carrots (I know veggie-sorry) Try very very dark chocolate, very healthy. Rice patties that are flavoured....ummm toasted wheat bread with cinnamon....anything in moderation. :)
