Some people think that reading is for 'nerds'. Others are too lazy to or don't know what books to read. Some other people like to do other hobbies (play video games, do sports, IM, email, etc.)And then again, some are too dumb to. ~PS~ You have to work on sentence structure.

I personally love to read, but everybody is different. Just like you may not enjoy...i don't know, some hobby you don't like to do like, such as playing a sport or instrument or something, in the same way somebody doesn't like to read.

I would guess that they think all books are boring and thats way. ANother reason could be that they are just lazy. Mostly b/c its the first reason. People go for a certain type of book like me, my favorite is Fantasy, Horror, and Romance.

um well thats not ture. SOME people like to read.
but people who dont like to read is because they want to have a real life instead of being caught up in a book.For example, if you have a reading assignment, it may also get in the way of their free time.

Apparently they can't get into the context of a book:they just see reading as something boring
