He really didn't have too much of a career left in the first place. I think he got confused with the expression, "Any publicity is good publicity" or however it goes. I think for the next several years his name will carry a black mark on it. However, I wouldn't be too terribly surprised to see the American public (in general) forget about it in years to come. I mean, how many people really remember Angelina Jollie making out with her brother at the Oscars years back? America tends to forget. And though this is a much sorer subject than incest is, I think America will forget it eventually.

I don't think so, if everyone was forever judged by everytime they made a bad judgement call no actors would ever have jobs. I don't even see why it's an issue. If the races were reversed nobody would dare say a thing.

Yes, but I wouldn't call it a "rant". He simply got angry at some audience members that were heckling him, that happened to be black. It was a terrible blow to his career, but I personally think that the media blew it way out of proportion.

Definitely. he is screwed, or should I say he screwed himself pretty well. No one will touch him with a ten foot pole. I am pretty open minded, but I think there is no excuse for his behavior and it shows his true character.

But then again he could get on the KKK circuit, so I guess ya never know.

I don't think it was a smart move.

However, If they came out with a Seinfeld Reunion I don't think this screw-up would hurt the show.

I think so. He has been in hiding it seems and in December of last year he did an apology tour and was on Sesame Street and since then I haven't heard a thing.
