You have the names backwards, change the name Bush is smart, and Hillary is dumb, then you get the truth.
The one thing Hillary did that was smart, was shred evidence about her illegally being tied in with Tyson foods, but she probably just listened to Bill's advisors tell her to hurry up and detroy the evidence!

For the asker; do you mean about false info? How much ya wanna bet his cabinet didn't want to tell him cuz they knew that they'd have to explain it (in explicit detail).
HE didn't fool anyone, his friends did it all for him. Well, he might have fooled some of the Texans that he was one of them (he's from the north,Conn. I believe, but hey, Texas has more electorial votes so whatever).
