Try reading "Way of the Peaceful Warrior" by Dan Millman. Also"Conversations With God"( don't be confused, though, this is not a religious book.)by Neale Donald Walsch. Also "The Celestine Prophecy" by James Redfield. All of these will open up your mind to a new way of thinking. And definitely, most definitely, watch the movie "What the Bleep Do We Know?". This is a great movie about quantum physics, and about the way our minds work. Watch and read with an open mind.
