Clarence House is the official residence of Prince Charles and his family.

Until 2002 it was the residence of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and Prince Charles and his family lived in Kensington Palace.

prince charles resides in clarence house, the queen mothers house. as for william and harry- wherever they want at the time i suppose!!
