Kirchner is his early years was a huge lelft-wing liberal. Like in America, Argentina voters are given the choice between fascist and socialist societies instead of freedom. Kirchner only got 22% of the vote but due to riots and protests, then reigning president Carlos Menem was forced to resign leaving Kirchner the presidency. Although Kirchner used to be big on anti-business corruption, once he came into office he realized the corruption that truly exists in government. Soon Kirchner began moving towards freedom=capitalism while at the same time restructuring the judicial branch of Argentina. Kirchner's platform was never very strong but in politics, the leaders make sure only two sides get heard. Unfortunately for Argentina's citizens, they will never get what they want, only vote against who they don't want!
