I can get the planet locationsand which sign they are in, but then I'm stuck on the rest.

well the rest is all geometry and interpretation. find the angles between all of the points, its within the orb of a certain angle (different astrologers use different orbs) its considered an aspect. and then do the interpretations on all of the aspects.

You probably need someone who casts charts to give you a good answer to this. I do know that, statistically, most serial killers have their sun/ascendants in Sagittarius, Capricorn, Scorpio, and Gemini.

As in how? I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Example please? For instance are you talking about say, today for example, Venus is 8 Aries 47, which means it's 8 degrees 47 minutes of Aries and you don't know what that means, or? how that is arrived at, or?
