Hi. Go to "Start> Control panel> System> Hardware> Device manager>" . Check under DVD/CD-ROM drives. If you see the drive, uninstall it and then reboot. PC should find it and install drivers on reboot.

Another way is:
Right Click the local disk (C:) and point to properties.
Go to hardware Tab!
Locate your DVD device and enable it!

1.START
2.CONTROL PANEL
3.SYSTEM
4. HARDWARE
5. DEVICE MANAGER
6. RIGHT CLICK THE DVD DRIVE WITH THE EXCLAMATION
7. INSTALL
8. GOOD TO GO.----

Install driver for it, look at the yellow mark right click on it then click update.
