Well Bush looks more imposing than John Howard but then again John Howard can manage to construct a proper sentence. Who is the least pathetic? Hard one to call.

He does have the look of a leader in my opinion. However, you must define what you mean by 'look of a leader'. Until you have done this your question remains vague and subject to many different interpretations.
