No. In ALL history there has NEVER been ANY verifiable evidence to even suggest that heaven exists. Nevertheless, being kind and harmless to other people is a good thing because it makes us happy or at least does not make anyone unhappy.

Yes, but...
At one time I firmly believed that the requirement for Heaven was absolute goodness, and a loving heart towards others and God and only those who were good landed in Heaven (How idyllic).
But that was before I began working with addicts and substance abusers and Alzheimer patients. I learned that there are bona fide medical conditions where people are actually born without a conscience or lose the conscience part of their brain due to illness.
Hard to believe, but some people, especially some alcohol fetal individuals, do not and will never understand right from wrong, or a lie from the truth. They lie habitually, deal drugs, and even murder without remorse, fully believing that they are good kind loving people who are doing the right thing. Many of these individuals believe they are guided by God.
Philosophically speaking: What if you were born without the brain matter and chromosomes that impress into your mind good moral values? What if you murdered, pillaged and raped (perhapspraying to God, whom you might love, beforehand for his blessings) ... would you go to Heaven? If God made you that way, and you don't know you are doing wrong, then is a chance you could go straight to heaven, right along with all the really good guys? There is always that 50/50 chance.

I'm not sure about Heaven. But I figure doing what you said will at least keep my enemies to a minimum, and set a good example for others.

Going to Heaven is more of a 'belief' and if doing good to others gives one that kind of feeling and solace nothing wrong in that. Except that in this world if one is too kind it is mistaken for weakness.

No, because whether one gets into heaven or not has nothing to do with their good works. It has to do with whether or not you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life... and the only way to heaven.
