When is it normal to get a bra? I would like to know when you got yours and when it is normal. %th grade? 11? 12? 6th grade?

(I am a girl) IT really depends on you. Ifyou are starting to develop you should get a sports bra. I got mine i think in late 5th grade or early 6th grade. I used a sports bra then. When i was thirteen, i used a normal bra.

Well...i wore Cami's with built in bras starting at like 4th grade all the way till 6th because i didn't develop early. Then before 7th I bought my first "real" one. If you feel like you do need one...then ask your mom to go shopping! I think Limited Too has the best ones to start off with! Good Luck!

My next door neighbor was a 32 D in the fourth grade. Another friend of mine will be 41 in May, she just told me last night that 'cause of lack of boobs. She couldn't remember the last time she wore a bra.
I learned the women wear a bra when they need them.

I started wearing a bra in the 4th grade but it was because i hideously overweight. im 13 now and im slimmer but i think the best time to start wearing a bra is as soon as your nipples are noticable through your shirts because its pretty embarrasing. also if when you walk and your boobs move even slightly then its about time for you to get a bra. but i agree...start out with a training bra unless u feel ur ready for a normal bra.

I got my first one in 6th grade... that seems to be the average. But it's really up to your body. I kow girls in 11th grade that prefer not to wear a bra and don't have a problem, because they're not chesty. However, I'd suggest getting one when your an A-cup, so that when you're old, you're chest isn't all saggy.

i am 13. it really depends on your body. I started training bras(sports bra) in the 6th grade. I started wearing normal bras in the middle of seventh grade.

Honestly I think it all depends on your body. SOMe girls begin to grow boobs in teh 3rd grade. But I didn't get mine util the 5th grade. I started wearing training bras in the 3rd because my friends had boobs and i thought mine would grow if i wore one.

i got mine wen i was in 6th grade. it wasnt like a padded one or push up one or anything.
just a little training bra works for younger people because they need to get used to it first

well my breast got big in middle of 5th grade and my friend she got hers in like when she started 5th grade..
it depends when ur moms started growing....
im in 6th grade and alot of the girls in my school/grade wears a bra.......
and 11 and 12th grade seems really late... or r u talking about age???

It's really when you feel ready to get one and if you don't want a normal bra you can always get a sports bra or wear tank tops with a built in bra under your shirts
