I like Naruto, Full Moon, Godchild, and Baby and Me. What mangas would you suggest? Since I have Godchild, should I buy Cain Saga?

Actually all of Clamp's manga is really good and all intertwine in xxHolic, Tsubasa, Chobits, RG Veda... then there is one about fraternal twins, the boy is a medium.. I cannot remember it right at the moment, but its pretty good.
I recommend the entire Clamp series. Beautifully drawn and strong story line.

I've heard of them, but haven't read any yet. I personally like Fruits Basket, and one called "Aishiteruze Baby" (also about little kids).
Apparently "Cain Saga" is like a prequel to Godchild, so I would go for it!

If you want to stray away from the typical japanese storylines of monsters, tournaments, chosen ones and a quest to either find a mystical item or a lot of mystical items, then Deathnote is a good choice. Its about a kid who finds a book that if yo uwrite someones name in it then they die by however you write. Dogby walk alone is another good choice about an amusment park mascot who has to fight terrorsits and solve the completely unrelated eath of the princess of the park. Basilisk is an ancient japan type romeo and juliet type story between two ninja clans and each member has a special ability. Dragonface is a twisted, darker story about two children lost in a subway being stalked by the "dragonface" who resides in the subwway, when they finally escape, their world is completely post-apocalyptic. and for non amanga, Kingdom Come is a justice league graphic novel set in their later years where many of them have aged and more super powered metahumans live in the city and wreak havoc by causing chaos or even trying to help. If superheroes existed, this story tells it most acurately.

No doubt "Fullmetal Alchemist". If you don't trust me, you should know that it's been voted "favorite manga of all time" in Japan!
I also love "Inuyasha" and "Ranma1/2". Actually everything that Rumiko Takahashi wrote.
If you like girly manga, you can read "NANA" or "Boys over Flowers".

I definitely agree with Fullmetal Alchemist and DNAngel. If you're tolerant of shonen-ai, my personal favorite is Loveless.
