my bf fave team is penn state (even tho he went to Pitt! :) anyway - i looked online why the tix are like 100.00! it's a college football game --- how much are student tickets? can we use those if someone gives them to us.....also do the players get comp. tix? i wanna take him to the Lions vs. Ohio state game this upcoming season....

I dont think you will be able to use student tickets, usually they check ID when using the ticket, depends how strict the security is I guess.
UT austin tickets are 100+.
I think my friend said even for students its like 80$

Supply and demand. There's only so many home games and EVERYONE wants to go.
Getting it from a scalper is only gonna cost WAY more than the face value.

Because Penn State has to pay off all the NCAA officials to look the other way from all their football violations.
