does not hurt but makes me twinge. Should i go to the ER or wait and see if it goes away. Not bleeding that much. Any input would be helpful

Continue to treat with the pain medicines that you were given and try a heating pad. However, if your pain should increase past a point where you can treat it with what you have, or if your bleeding should increase, or if you begin to feel as if (or actually do) pass out you should either go to the emergency room or your doctor.

If the pain is getting worse, go to the doctor. If it's easing up, you should be fine. If I were you, I'd call by Friday if you're not feeling decent.

I had one on January 24th and had the same feelings and they lasted me on and off for 5 days. I also had back aches. I took Darvocet for the pain.
