Yes the wording is strange but I have been doing a line art one to make the line darker. But I only know of the looong way to get it done. Is there an easier quicker way or do I have to suffer.

Note: I am using the art of an other that allows people to color the drawing.

Not sure about in photshop but there is a free download called photo to sketch. It'll do what you want. Here's a link for that & one for photoshop I just found sounds like what you might want.

if your original line work is clean enough and you just want to make it darker, copy it and paste it on a higher layer, set that layer to multiply it should make it daker.
also playing with the 'levels' option (image - adjustments -layers) you can make it darker.
If your original line work is crappy and you want to create a clean line over it to work from vector programs work better. I like doing line art in flash because it has settings to clean the line for you as you go, make it more rounded or more square.
If your starting with pencle line and scanning it, it also might help to just start with a darker line. If you have a light table (I love mine) put a clean sheet over your original and try and make clean dark lines, ink's even better then graphite and will scan better.
