This has one O in the compound. You need one O to join with the 2 H and 1 O in the H2O to give you a total of 2 H and 2 O in the product.

b. BaO + H2O ===> Ba(OH)2

Barium peroxide, BaO2, exists, but I think that's not what they want. Ba2O and BaH do not exist.
