I have an infected file on my comp i cant quarantine or delete it ... help?

File infected - isadd.dll
In Folder - Video Access ActiveX Object
Virus - TROJ ZLOB.BVP

PC - Cillan can't quarantine the file, i don't know who installed the folder there, when i try to delete it it says that it is being used by person or other program ... i don't know what other program could be using it, please help i need to delete this

run a scan

it'll remove that virus

1 Start/Search isadd.dll
Note the folder location
make a copy of isadd.dll
and rename it. and remember !
2. Delete isadd.dll
3. Now see any video. If it does not work
check the copy of isadd.dll for virus
with AVG7.5 from www.grisoft.com
Disable Cilian.
Only One AV at a time.
If virus deleted /
4. Restore the file to original location and
restore old file name.

First off, do not open the folder, unless you like viruses. Second, you should try to find the process that's running the program and end it. CTRL ALT Delete, and go to the process tab. Look for anything unusual. I can't tell you what to look for because I don't know exactly what it would be under. Just don't delete random things.

reinstall the gadget n.vbe record from the gadget disk which you would be able to have made once you introduced the laptop or from an installation disk which will fix the working gadget you have on your hard disk drive.
