It's from a song - and it means you should put a high end rim (Dayton) on your car.

sounds like ebonics (or,if you are intelligent enough to know that there is no such thing as ebonics, it's just broken english mixed with slang) to me. it probably means put some money down on whatever they're talking about. but that would be the obvious answer, and god only knows what the hell the slang is gonna be tomorrow.
