Not Pita Ten..?! Erm.. Let's see.. The only other Anime I can think of with a girl with pink hair is Fooly Cooly and Elfen Lied. And those don't have very girly stories at all.. Hm..

Out of all of them I've only read "Pita-ten", and it is sort of a girlish story, and it fits the other characteristics as well. More clues would be nice...

HOLY CRAP...DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY FEMALE ANIME CHARACTERS WITH PINK HAIR ARE OUT THERE?! I suggest it may be Chibiusa Tsukino(Sailor Chibi Moon) From Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. Hope it helps!

Erm Inyusha I think. Or Inyushia, Inyushina which ever I think has a girl with pink hair. You should google "pink hair", that might help.
