how do i use my built in mmic from my apple im useing cross over but everyrr thing on ym apple is the same no i odnt wanna buy anything !

Not sure if the built in mic will work. But check it out in the options. Go to the options menu in CS, select the voice tab and speak into the mic. If it works, you'll hear something from the game and a meter will flash, I think.
