First, distribute the dominoes equally. You see that there are two sides of the domino. Put an excess domino on the empty space. If you have a side on one of your dominoes that match with one of the sides of the domino, put that end to the excess domino. This continues until you have no more dominoes to put. Last player who puts the last domino on the side that matches with a domino wins.
