The story of Cry Baby Bridge seems to go that a woman throws her child off the bridge (either because of an unwanted pregnancy, a married man, etc) and the child haunts the bridge. Through a quick google search, of "cry baby bridge" and "OH" this story seems to happen in various places in Ohio- Akron, Abbeysville, etc.

However, I would like to note that this story seems very similar to a story that frequents Latin America and Mexican-American communities, called "La Llorona" in which a mother drowns her children near a bridge because they are either unwanted or because she had them with a married man. Legends go that if you visit the bridge at night you will hear the children or the woman calling, just like at Cry Baby Bridge.
