Every time you "opt out", you are adding yourself to a "confirmed" mailing list that people sell.
Best is to just delete them.

They are illegal spamming companies.

You can track their IP address by look it up using Yahoo Mail Full header option. You can do all the paperworks or change your e-mail address.

If you go to unsibscribe, its like confirming their mailing list. You let them know that you read your e-mails and that your a real person. Your best bet is to get a spam filter program.

Get McAfee Security for your computer. It blocks spam, it has a siteadvisor, firewall, and a bunch of other **** depending on the package. McAfee.com, go to it.

There isn't that much you can do about it.

Support anti-spam legislation and stiff penalties.

Use spam blocking software. AVG has a good free one.
