Rumor has it that she blocked it, not so much that she doesn't want it released and wants the money (estimated to be around $1 mil), but wants "creative control" and have the scene of her then boyfriend giving her a "golden shower" (urinating on her).

She filed a lawsuit against the company broadcasting the tape and wants all or most of the proceeds, sent to her. Typical celebriy, only reason she gained fame is because she hung out with Paris Hilton a bit. What's it to you, anyway? I read that she filed a lawsuit against them. Maybe they are waiting to see if the case will be dropped or whatever.
