dose any one know any web side where you can search for people with there phone number for free,,i mean i free side that will give you the name and the add just by typing there phone number

Google will do this. If the phone number is listed, and the address is included, you'll get whatever the white pages will show. In the case of unlisted numbers, unless the number has been added to someone's webpage, and google has cached it, you won't find a thing anywhere without paying money.
If I google my home number, the white pages listing shows up, as well as the webpage of a now disbanded church that onceuponatime had this number, too.
Of course, you could always call the number and hope they say who they are... "ie: Hello, Jones residence, this is Mary."

It think a website could be http://www.anywho.com. That might work, but I'm not sure.
