newton is a measurement of force. kgm/s^2. it is kilogram meters per seconds squared. to find your weight in N(newtons) take your mass in kg and multiply by 9.8(gravity). 1 kilo is 2.2 pounds. so divide your mass(pounds) by 2.2 to get your mass in kilos.

i am 150 pounds. 150/2.2= 68.18 kg
68.18kg * 9.8m/s^2= 668.164 N
