The short answer is that it depends on the office. House members are elected every two years, senators every six (with one third of the Senators being elected every two years.) State and local offices vary.
Elections to the House and Senate occur every two years (in each even numbered year) on the first tuesday after the first monday in November. The only exception would be if a member died/resigned in which case a special election might be held to replace him/her (this happened in South Dakota a few years ago). State and local offices are often contested at the same time as federal ones, though in many cases votes may occur earlier in the year (during primaries) or in off years (for example the governor of Virginia and the members of the Virginia state legislature were last elected in 2005.)

2 and 6 in that order. Locals are mostly 2 or 4 depending on the local election laws and state laws.

Congress is the House of Representatives and the Senate
House of Representatives- everyone serves 2 year terms.
Senate- 6 year terms
For state and local governments, they're all different.

Last I checked U.S. Senator is for 6 years, also congress.
Yet their terms come up at a different time than the Presidential election.
