I've limited my son to certain times he can be online on my computer but he uses one of his friends e-mail adresses.How Can i stop him doing so

I'm not sure I understand what someone else's e-mail has to do with him using your PC....either he's allowed on it or he's not.

try blocking whatever website he is using in internet options, then click on the security tab, then restricted sites and add that website address so it gets blocked
