Try CitiFinancial. There rates will probably be a little higher because of the bad credit, but they give most people loans (even with bad credit), plus you can apply online...

There are several options without even taking on more debt. You could ask friends & family for their old books especially text books & take them to a used book store. I did this thing I wouldnt get alot but was pleasantly suprised by how much I got for my old out date text books. You could also take some of your furniture you dont use & find a furniture store that will sell if for you minus a commission or lease it sort of like those rent to own places. Also you could do something like use the furniture for colatoral get a loan but if you cant or dont pay it then you lose the furniture but it doesnt hurt your credit. Much like a pawn shop. You take in a watch say worth $300 & get $150 & have say 30 days to pay back $200 dollars or lose the watch but again in 30 days either way the debt is settled & off your chest. I would sell or "pawn" only things you are able to part with because it will just stress you out even more trying to get it back yet struggleing which is why I suggested looking at old books especially text books. Libraries & other book stores pay for books its usually not alot but it frees up space in your place & gives you something for things you dont use without having to put more worry on yourself. Also if I may when it comes to a car get a car that runs well but isnt necassarily the sexiest or fastest or newest on the road. Remember you want to get out of debt & support your kids. Also dont be afraid to ask someone you trust for help & it doesnt have to be in the way of loans or anything. I have several friends in similar spots like yours whom I would do anything for & again as hard as it can be to ask for help or a loan a friend doesnt have loan you a thing & a real friend wont. I have a friend who always is afraid & depressed over having to ask for help especially when it comes to money she wants to do it all on her own & I applaude her for it but as I once told her & tell you now everyone falls on hard times & struggles & it times like these where we find who our real friends are. Which when you have kids is what you really want around. Anyways Good luck & keep your head up.

I don't think there will be a quick fix. And while I mean no disrespect, I would suggest you need help going over your finances. I'm sure you feel as if you're stretched as can be and doing the best possible, but an outsider's perspective can be helpful sometimes.
It's up to you to find such help, though I wouldn't mind trying, as long as you're fine with quoting amounts in question truthfully.

You won't be able to get one single loan that will do both. You'll either have to get an auto loan first, and then consolidate everything, or consolidate your current debt and then go for an auto loan. See links for both below
