I know a guy that got engaged to a girl 1400 miles away. He quit his good job and sold everything and just left. When he got there the girl got "cold feet" and he found out she was just playing games. His feelings were trashed and he gave up a great job.
I would never make a commitment sight unseen (pics only).

I'm glad to hear this kind of news. Congratulations. I have a very sweet loving relationship going with someone on-line now too. She's the best thing that's ever happened to me. But we live so far away, we haven't had a chance to meet. Stories like this reinforces my hopes and dreams.

I met my husband on yahoo personals, we were married August 2000...we're going on 7 years of a wonderful marriage! He proposed to me at a restaurant...not on the net.
