I need to make a FREE website for a Spanish project in high school, things got messed up and I have only one more night. I'm probably gonna do it on Spain's culture, music, dancing, and food. Only problem is I have no idea where to begin. Can someone either explain to me how to make it, or lead me to a good website.

Well, you could use piczo.com - pretty basic and easy, but only allows picture uploads + text, no sound, or any other files for that matter.
