Well, first of all, you can celebrate every 4 years, but most people have their birthday celebration on Feb 28th in that case. My daughter's half birthday is the same deal, she is born August 29th, so when is her half birthday? Usually we say Feb 28th rather than March 1st, it seems closer to the actual date - the last day of February.

My cousin was born on Feb 29. He usually just celebrates today (the 28th). We all tease him because he's only ever had 4 real birthdays.

the two my acquaintances who're bounce babies have fun on Feb twenty 8th because of the fact it fairly is interior the main appropriate month. Anne purely counts her actual birthdays however, so she says she's 10 in view that she's purely fairly had 10 actual birthdays.
