I am full blown irish decent, and I am in a relationship now, The longest, 7 months. HA, Im a very attractive person, but I have always wondered why it is that I don't tell anyone my issues and am very stubborn. The second an issue arises in a relationship, I back out. I don't feel like talking out my issues. I rather not face the music, And easily move on to someone else. But this man has the patience to deal with me , And every time I push him away he knows that's not what I want. Please help me understand why I give up what's precious and have committment issues....Seriously because im irish? Please give me this philosophy, I dont need answers to my drama, but the logic behind irish decent & Freud.

I doubt that it is because you are Irish, the Irishmen I know clearly express their opinions. Possibly it is because you have been hurt, it is easier to leave someone than to be left.

Because the internet is a network where you can't be hurt, nothing can go against you except words. People from all over the WORLD can offer you solutions to your individual problem WITHOUT JUDGMENT. For example- I like to be "in style". I like fashion. I'm not gay, I find woman sexy and I don't get anything from a guy, but if I was to discuss this with friends/family they would assume I'm gay. So I discuss fashion trends with people on the internet. I will never meet them, and they'll never meet me. And if we did meet, we would never know about it ~~~ It's just a "Safe" place where your free to discuss the more "Taboo" subjects in life without any consequences.

I do not think you can generalise a whole population. try looking for other reasons in your OWN past.
