Personally, I think it's very accurate. Ever since I took the MBTI last year and scored as INFJ, I learned a whole lot more about myself.
Here's a good website:

As a Clinical Psychologist, I can tell you that the validity and reliability of such psychological tests vary, some being much more credible and helpful than others.
But the Myers-Briggs is one of the better tests. It's been around for many years, and a good deal of research has been done on it.
However, no test is perfectly accurate 100% of the time--it's widely know and accepted that any test will have some degree of "error of measurement" built into it.
It's not uncommon for people to be skeptical of the results of these "personality" tests--sometimes it's because we don't like what the test has revealed about us, especially if it doesn't seem entirely flattering, and we would much prefer to view ourselves in a significantly different way.

I am not a psychologist, but I believe that if the Myers-Briggs test is given properly it is fairly credible. I understand that a number of businesses and organizations use this sort of test to see how well their employees will work together.

Yes it is a very credible test that is often used, but it should not be the only thing used, the test is usually used in conjunction with other tests to compare findings and make a more accurate summary

Yes. I'm an INTP and I find the M-B typography spot on for me and for all my friends and family respectively who've taken the test.
