I always have trouble sleeping but I don't count sheep...I just can't seem to turn off my brain, I can never stop thinking when I'm trying to sleep. I think about everything possible, it's annoying but hours later I fall asleep.

I'm an insomniac, i was diagnosed when i was 13. And i've counted so many sheep that even the half of them would sweep away the world hunger.

I have trouble falling asleep sometimes.
When I do, I count backwards from 100...It seems to help.
I also try to slow my breathing which helps sometimes, too.
