If you own the cross, you burn it on your own property, and there are no anti-burning laws in your area, it's your own business.
To burn a cross or anything else on private property that is not your own, or on public property, is and should be illegal.
A wooden cross is just two pieces of wood. Burn it if you want to, but do it legally.

I think you should be allowed to burn a cross in your own yard, if you want - just not in mine.
I am all for freedom of expression....grafitti? It's ok with me, paint your walls, I don't care. Swastika's? Sure - I don't care if you pepper your whole house with 'em, inside and out.

Personally, I think that cross buring is more then free speech, or free religion, it is in fact a symbol of hate. People have been killed because of this hate, so no.
its not supported by freespeech, etc.
