What kind and how did you prove it? How do you really know if you're being discriminated against when it comes to being "let go".

I was accused of discrimination when I laid off some people once. The EEOC investigated the claims and I was exonerated.

I thought I would be by now,because I got a warning from yahoo,I said if the person asking a ? is off-beat then it shouldn't hurt if your answer to them was off. I told them if they didn't like it.I would go off here,& they could stickmit where the "Son don't shine". I am still here
