why wont my mp3 player work on the computer ????

i have a samsung yp-u2j and it has music in it but it wont read it i tried to restart it and tried cleaing the usb port and the computers and still dont work ????

sound like it might be the drivers. You might need to update the drivers. Try going to the samsung website for technical support or downloads.

sounds like you need the drivers, otherwise, if you are using Win XP then made sure you have installed service pack 2.
