oooh yeah., very uncomfortable. I hate it, but very normal, baby is laying on your lungs or whatever and cuts off your air supply. Just lay on your left side. That helps!!

You are not alone! Between weeks 6-10 I had to honestly sit and rest while drying my hair because I was so short of breath. My doctor told me it is normal and due to the hormones relaxing your diaphram. I am now 16 weeks and don't have that problem anymore...but I hear it does return in the 3rd trimester. I would suggest exercising mildly. I am taking a water aerobics class for moms to be and it has helped with my energy and breathing so much! Good luck and enjoy the ride!

Congratulations on having a toddler. sure this is thoroughly widely used. In early being pregnant this is complicated to respire because of the fact of extra advantageous blood pass and hormones. Later in being pregnant because of the fact the uterus grows, your different organs commence pressing up on your lungs and your lungs get a tad crowded. once you sense such as you are able to no longer breathe, upward push up along with your arms stretched above your head such as you're achieving for the ceiling and additionally you would be waiting to capture a stable breathe. desire this helps. stable success and God Bless.

U may want to get some vicks vapor rub and put moisture in the house like boiling water and put a pinch of salt in it.

Yes because the baby is pressing up on your diaphram and occassionally you'll get a foot in the lungs
